Design Development

How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary significantly based on scale and complexity. A full home renovation can take 9 to 18 months. We provide a detailed timeline during the Brief and Budget phase.
Can you help if I am not based in Valencia full-time?
Yes. We can support clients who are not based in Valencia full-time. We keep planning, material decisions, coordination, and follow-up organized so the renovation can move forward with organized decisions, communication, and follow-up even when you are managing the property from abroad.
How is your fee structured?
Our fee structure is usually based on the scope of work. It may include a design fee, a project management fee, and procurement fees when furnishings, materials, or finishes are sourced through the studio. We explain the structure in detail during the Brief and Budget phase.
